Nigerian- born Gabe Okoye, candidate for Georgia State Representative has won in the US election.
He acknowledged the victory in a post on Facebook. Okoye also asked for divine wisdom to deliver on expectations.
“A very special thank you to the voters of HD – 102 for electing me to represent you at the Capitol. I hope to make you proud. Please pray for wisdom for me.”
“I also thank all my campaign workers. Through the grace of God all your hard work has paid off. Having given all glory to God, my sleeves are rolled up, and I am ready to go to work for you.”
