Lagos NIPR welcomes CP Moshood Jimoh as new Lagos Commissioner of Police, commends his appointment

The Lagos Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) warmly welcomes the newly appointed Commissioner of Police for Lagos State, CP Moshood Jimoh, and congratulates him on his well-deserved appointment by the Police Service Commission (PSC).

 

CP Moshood Jimoh is an astute public relations professional whose wealth of experience in strategic communication and law enforcement will be instrumental in ensuring the security and safety of Lagos.

 

His distinguished career, particularly as Force Public Relations Officer (2017–2019) and Deputy Force Public Relations Officer (2016–2017), reflects his deep understanding of security management and stakeholder engagement. His tenure as Commissioner of Police for the Ports Authority, Eastern Ports, further showcases his leadership in critical security operations.

 

Speaking on the appointment, the Chairman of the Lagos Chapter of NIPR, Mrs. Comfort Obot Nwankwo, stated: “The appointment of CP Moshood Jimoh is a welcome development for Lagos State.
